My name is Alfonso De Paolini.

I am a multilingual executive advisor with over 20 years of experience supporting SMEs and growth-oriented organizations across Europe and beyond.

My professional path spans export management, sales leadership, and entrepreneurial experiences, before evolving into independent strategic advisory.

Today, I support companies and executives in international expansion, strategic positioning, and digital transformation — combining pragmatic business insight with intercultural intelligence.

Operating fluently across six languages, I work at the intersection of markets, cultures, and evolving business environments. Alongside advisory engagements, I remain involved in executive learning and mentorship initiatives.

Italian-born and formerly based in Torino, I am currently based in Warsaw, Poland, where I serve as Lecturer at the Faculty of Management at Lazarski University.

I am also a member of IMIT, the Italian Association of Internationalization Managers.
